Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus

O Sacred Heart of Jesus,
   living source of eternal life,
   infinite treasure of the Divinity,
your heart is a burning furnace of love.
You are my refuge and my sanctuary.
O my beloved Savior,
consume my heart with that burning fire
with which yours is ever inflamed.
Pour down on my soul those graces
   which flow from your love.
Let my heart be united with yours.
Let my will be conformed to yours
   in all things.
May your divine will be the standard and rule
of all my desires and actions.
Amen
